All the membership benefits of the IES are for the use of IES fully paid subscription members as well as their direct families (fathers, mother, sister, brother, daughter, son, grandparents and parent-in-laws).

IES / ACES Qualified Electrical Contractors Registry(QEC)

I. Objectives of Qualified Electrical Contractors (QEC) Registry
 

a. To establish a list of qualified electrical contractors (QEC) for the use of members 
   and members firms of both organizations.

b. To promote awareness of QEC that possesses minimum skills for safe and quality
    work.

c. To assist QEC towards achieving better quality and standards of electrical
    installation.

 

II. Application Process


For a new applicant, please provide the following supporting documents:
 

  1. Certificate and/or Extract of Particulars from the Registrar Business of Companies. (Form C/Form K/Form 9/Computer Information Printout-Business Profile)
     
  2. Insurance Certificate under the Workmen’s Compensation Act.
     
  3. CPF Form 90 is required if LEW in-charge is an employee.

 

For renewal applicants, please provide the following supporting documents:
 

  1. For renewal applicants, please complete the Renewal form.

 

 

III. Fees Payable
 

  1. Application Fee (includes GST): $53.50 
     
  2. Subscription Fee (includes GST): $214 per annum or $614
    (3-year membership)

     
  3. Cheque Payable to 'IEH-ACESing Joint Registry'

 

IV. Processing Time


Under normal circumstances, if the submissions are complete and in order, the applicants will be informed of the outcome within 4 weeks.
